・素材：コットンパイル（混率コットン78% ナイロン22%）

ヘアバンド同様、ふっくらと厚みのある手触りが心地よいコットンパイルを使用しています。

細番手のループヤーンを高密度で編み上げることで、タオル地の様な軽やかな肌ざわりでありながら、もちもちとしたボリューム感のあるオリジナルな使用感を実現しました。

ループヤーンとは細い芯糸に対して撚りの甘い太い糸を輪が出来る様に絡ませた飾り糸の事で、肉厚で空気を多く含んだ軽い編み上がりが特徴となります。

コットンを使用することで吸水性を確保しており、春先でも活躍できるニット帽を目指しました。

 
・パターンメイキング

パイルヘアバンドと同じ素材でニット帽を作りました。

22AWで人気だった、どの向きで被っても形が変わらない、ラフにかぶれるニット帽の春夏Ver.です。

頭の丸みを360°同じ形状で作るにあたって、立体成型が可能なホールガーメントの編み機を使用しています。

それによりミシンの縫い目を入れず編みだけで立体を形作っているので、ゴワゴワしないすっきりとした見た目と被り心地がポイントです。

柔らかく仕上げることにこだわり、本体のリブ編みにはきつくなりすぎないゴムを入れて、伸縮性を調整しました。

折り返しを好きな位置で調整出来る為、自由なスタイルで被って頂けます。

深みのあるバーガンディについては、糸からオリジナルのカラーで染めています。

赤系の色なので可愛くなりすぎないように、染色可能なギリギリのラインまで明度を落としてメンズライクなバーガンディの表現にこだわりました。
