Vintage 50s British donkey work jacket

50sから70sにかけてのイギリスのカルチャー的文脈においても重要なドンキージャケット。

防寒性の高いメルトンウールに肩には補強や雨避けのためにPVCや、古いものだと本革が使われていますが、こちらはどちらもウール地の切り替え。この仕様はほぼ見たことないです。レザーの切り替えが苦手なかたは多いかと思いますので、これは嬉しいです。

メルトンの起毛が抜け切って地のウールのみの状態なのか、キャンバス地のような質感。
袖口が擦り切れていたり、状態は決して良くないですが、色落ちやアタリの出方含めて、デニムとはまた違う美しい経年だと思います。

ヴィンテージユーロワークの中でも重要な位置づけのドンキージャケット、探して見つかるものでもない条件の、個人的にはスペシャルなワークジャケットです。
